Every basement begins with a water-management plan — drainage, vapor barriers, and dehumidification designed before finishes are selected.
Framing, machanicals, and finishes are all specified up front. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Every basement finishing project includes a 5-year warranty on structural work and a 1-year warranty on all other aspects: finishes, fixtures, electrical, plumbing, and installation. We stand behind our work because we’re confident in the quality.
Most work falls within 5–10 miles of our Bethesda studio; we travel up to 30 miles for appropriate projects.
